PG Ventures is a Denver based company that invests in local real estate and operating companies. We partner with management teams and investment solely for the success of your company and employees. Since 2002, our firm and principals have organized and managed investments involving numerous companies and real estate asset acquisitions representing over $20M in value.  We take a vested interest in your success. We invest our own capital and become shareholders with you to align our incentives with growing your company.

We have grown equity value in smaller private businesses based on our aggressive program of building excellent companies in partnership with operating managers. We have found that the three most important value builders in our ventures are the pursuit of a positive business culture, a focus on positive cash flow, and alignment of our incentives with our operating partners.
